Herbert C. Hoover Building
[Washington, DC]
Cain Contracting served as General
Contractor for emergency
repairs at the U.S. Department
of Commerce Herbert C.
Hoover building at 14th
and Constitution Avenue,
Washington, DC. The project
encompassed repairing the
lead-coated copper flashing
and re-sealing all joints
with 20-year sealant, renovating
the top perimeter cornice
including repairs to the
stone cornice, and installing
60 mil EPDM gutter liner.
